Sprayer Features: Choose your own adventure with the Master Manufacturing 40 Gallon Deluxe Flex Frame Trailer Sprayer. This sprayer features a top of the line pumping system, including a robust Everflo 2.2 GPM 12V diaphragm pump, pressure gauge, adjustable pressure regulator and a shut-off valve to control boom flow. Keep debris and chemical clumps from entering your pump with the easy to maintain, quick-attach inline strainer. Avoid hose damage during application and storage with the hook and loop hose strap. Includes a deluxe adjustable spray gun with 15 feet of hose, providing you with more flexibility in spraying those hard to reach areas. Tackle the toughest, most rugged terrain with 16″ heavy-duty tires and an all-steel modular frame that allows for modifications with additional Flex Frame kits.

After use, drain remaining water and chemical with the easily accessible mold-in drain port and tank sump for more complete draining. Comes standard with 12v wire harness that features on/off switch and alligator clamp connection. UV resistant tank. Approved for use with Round-Up® and other agricultural brand herbicides and insecticides. Backed by a two-year warranty on pump & components. Can be used with UTVs and other means of transportation, with some modifications.

Spot Spraying: When it comes time to spot spray, un-holster your deluxe adjustable spray gun and reach up to 25 feet vertically and 30 feet horizontally, all from the comfort of your seat. As applications change, quickly adjust the nozzle from a steady stream to a wide mist. Deluxe spray gun features a trigger lock to reduce hand fatigue and is field repairable.

Broadcast Spraying: This trailer sprayer features a premium, heavy-duty broadcast spray boom with a ten foot spray swath. Featuring six quick attach, no-drip spray nozzles that prevent excessive chemical dripping after spraying. With foldable wings, easily prevent damage from oncoming obstacles, such as trees, or fold wings in for more compact storage. Comes standard with six flat fan nozzles.

Coverage: This flex frame trailer sprayer is designed to handle up to 4 acres* of coverage in one sitting, making it ideal for spraying large estates or fields with a UTV (side-by-side).

*Acreage coverage is based on running spraying application at 30 PSI while maintaining speed at 6 MPH.
