PROPER SYSTEM MAINTENANCE IS IMPORTANT! FOLLOW THESE PROCEDURES TO ENSURE SAFE OPERATION AND LONG SYSTEM LIFE.
MAINTENANCE
  1. KEEP IT CLEAN
  2. NEGLECT COSTS DOLLARS IN REPAIRS AND WASTED SPRAY MATERIAL
  3. CAN CAUSE PREMATURE REPLACEMENT OF SPRAYER
CLEANING
  1. AFTER USE PUMP SEVERAL RINSES OF CLEAN WATER THROUGH TANK
  2. AFTER SYSTEM IS THROUGHLY CLEANED DRAIN THE TANK, SUCTION LINE, PUMP, AND HOSES
  3. WHEN CHANGING CHEMICALS, REFILL TANK HALF FULL WITH WATER AND USE NEUTRALIZER TO RUN THROUGH THE SYSTEM
WINTERIZING
  1. CLEAN SPRAYER THROUGHLY BEFORE STORING AT SEASON END TO ELIMINATE RUST FILM IN THE PARTS OF THE SPRAYER
  2. STORE DRY WITH NO LIQUID IN THE PUMP TO PREVENT FREEZING
  3. USING RV ANTIFREEZE TO FLUSH OUT ENTIRE SYSTEM IS RECOMMENDED
CAUTIONS
  1. ALWAYS ADD CHEMICALS TO WATER, NOT WATER TO CHEMICALS
  2. NEVER USE FLAMMABLE CHEMICALS SUCH AS DIESAL FUEL
  3. ALWAYS WEAR PROTECTIVE CLOTHING - LEGS, ARMS, EYES, ETC.
  4. PROPERLY DISPOSE OF CHEMICALS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
  5. CHEMICALS MANUFACTURER
  6. ALL TESTING SHOULD BE DONE WITH WATER ONLY
